The authenticity of the festival is accompanied by various art forms, traditions, vibrant folk attractions and many other attractions. It is a 7-day festival and this year it is being called 20 to 26 February. Kerala Utsavam 2021 will be held in various districts of the state, and natives and tourists will remember the colorful art forms presented during the 7 days.

According to recent updates and reports, Lok Utsav will feature pro-artists of its original type. Ideally, Kerala Utsavam 2021 Intends to maintain, promote and empower state art forms, particularly those lacking publicity and attention. It aims to provide cultural and folk artists with a platform, especially for those who are meditative and focused posts, going through the harsh conditions of the epidemic and the after effects of lockdown. The 13th edition of the festival is nothing else, but a link of support and hope for artists affected by the epidemic.
A folk festival will be organized in 30 different places across the state. Kerala utsavam Kerala Tourism is exclusively run and hosted by District Tourism Promotion Council, Bharat Bhavan and Kerala Academy.
