With the same idea in mind, TravelTriangle decided to celebrate ‘season of love’ by giving employees the opportunity to express their love for their team and work on the pillars. The incident was a huge hit among employees – the trio – who brought out their creative sides as they carved their emotions onto the pillars.

The central theme was intended to highlight the things employees liked about work or their team. Each team was allocated a column to paint. And the results were indeed unexpected.
Winner 1: Food, Gather!

With employees burning the midnight oil to express their ideas in the best way, the enthusiasm of the employees finally showed their true colors towards the end of the competition.
The colors of red, blue and green now gave an illustrated look to the vibrant atmosphere that was always present in the office space. And the essence of the journey was now inscribed in the office walls.
But the aura of the journey was long-lasting through the office
It was only recently that TravelTrangle consolidated the operations of its NCR and moved into a new office, replete with an air of vibrancy and positivity. The entire office space is adorned with beautiful pictures and designs.
The meeting rooms here are named after popular destinations.
These include Gujarat, Kerala, South Africa, Paris, Greece etc. Each of these rooms is decorated according to its theme. While the rooms in Gujarat were decorated with kites, puppets and sticks, the Parisian rooms had a dreamy aura with the iconic Eiffel Tower in its inner corner.
And there is also an iconic wall featuring many popular landmarks.
Some of the most prominent sites in the wall are, including Big Ben, To Statue of liberty, To Burj Al Arab, To Tower of Pisa, even more. What’s so special about the wall is that the entire artwork is done by TravelTriangle’s own staff.
It is amazing that the teams of HR and Admin at TravelTriangle found a way to celebrate the season of love with this competition. And the overwhelming participation of employees was equally delightful. Perhaps this is why a positive work culture operates. do not you think so?
